Which country produces the most coffee?

Brazil today generates roughly 40% of the world’s total coffee supply (but it once accounted for as much as 80%!). Vietnam, Colombia, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Honduras, India, Uganda, Mexico, and Guatemala follow in that sequence.

It is important to note that just a small fraction of the world’s coffee is traded as specialty coffee, and these percentages represent the global total to include both Arabica and Robusta coffee, as well as every grade or sub-grade of coffee.
