We use a local roaster from our community which contributes to the freshness of the coffee and makes obtaining it much more convenient. The coffee master roasts our coffee to our specifications, light, medium or dark, to give our customers a unique and unforgettable coffee experience. The pouch our coffee comes in has a one way degassing valve installed directly after being roasted. This valve allows air to be removed from the coffee keeping it fresher & tastier longer.
